Designed for use on larger film and video cameras, the CINE™ lens shade, or “french flag”, attaches quickly and accurately to multiple points on the camera body or mattebox.  The surprisingly strong plastic clamp has 1.5”-wide rubber-coated jaws and pivoting rubber tips which ensure a solid base,  enabling multiple points of attachment, yet eliminating scratches or damage to equipment.

Already own one of the Dinkum Systems® CINE™ or PRO™ lens shades?  Make your device do double duty with a ActionPod® Top - simply pop the metal flag off the end of your shade, add the top and gain an extra camera or mic mount.  Own one of our ProPack kits?  Throw this extra piece into the bag and be able to build two mounts at the same time from the other components you already own.  This top is not compatible with the smaller arm of the COMPACT™ lens shade for DSLRs and small video cameras.  Allows conversion from the lens shade to a mounting device, attaching to a standard a 3/8 -16" microphone shock mount.  Get even more bang for your buck by unscrewing the 3/8-16" adaptor screw to reveal a 1/4-20" thread below, giving you an extremely handy and universal mounting device.  Weight 2 oz.

Already own one of the Dinkum Systems® ActionPod® mounts or any other device with a ¼-20” thread?  Make your gear do double duty with one of our ¼-20" to 3/8-16" Adaptor Screws.  Allows fast and simple conversion from a camera mounting device to a microphone shock mount.  Standard ¼-20" thread converts to 3/8 -16" male thread.  Weight 1.2 oz.

Lengthen the arm of your Dinkum Systems® mounts and lens shades to your exact specification with an additional 5 x 1" long arm segments.  These additional arm segments are NOT compatible with the COMPACT™ lens shade for DSLRs and small video cameras.  Weight 1.6 oz.

An alternative base for use with any of the Dinkum Systems® standard ¾" sized arm products (not compatible with the COMPACT™ lens shade for DSLRs and small video cameras).  Simply screw the ¼-20" Screw Mount to the handle or accessory block of most film or video cameras or to a mini-Cardellini clamp and fix your lens shade or accessory to it.  Weight 1 oz.

An alternative base for use with any of the Dinkum Systems® standard ¾" sized arm products (not compatible with the COMPACT™ lens shade for DSLRs and small video cameras).  Simply screw the ¼-20" Fixed Base Mount to a carrying handle or accessory block of most film or video cameras and affix your lens shade or accessory to it.  Keep the Fixed Base Mount on your camera’s handle at all times and snap the flag off at the arm when not needed.  Weight 3.1 oz.
